The location might be off-the-cuff but the food is anything but. Former Four Seasons executive chef, Rewat Srilachai, made a bet on branching out and opened a casual fine dining spot in Mae Rim plaza, a local market, and boy did it pay off. He singlehandedly transformed the area into a foodie mecca. Not only are his dishes perfectly prepared, but his presentation is inventive and always in flux. He fosters a neighborly atmosphere by allowing patrons to order from the surrounding establishments that have sprouted in his footsteps.
