At Chiang Mai with Marisa we believe in getting your order to you quickly, beautifully and sustainably. We make sure that we ship everything as soon as possible (usually same or next business day) and send all orders in re-used boxes, with re-used packing material and plastic-free wrapping. Minimal packaging is important to us (and the future of the planet!). Even our tape is made of paper! We are also happy to gift-wrap any order with colourful mulberry wrapping paper, just add a little note at check-out mentioning that your order is a gift.
Thailand Orders
Our shipping fee is a flat ฿200 for orders in Thailand as a special introductory offer.
Free pickup is available by appointment at the Chiang Mai with Marisa showroom in Chiang Mai.

International Orders
For international orders please place your order first and select “in-store” pickup. Items over 4KG will not be shipped internationally. Shipping will be charged via paypal after we determine the shipping method together.
Delivery Terms
1. We will process all orders within 1-2 business days.
2. Within Thailand your delivery will be received within 1-7 days.
3. International orders are delivered via FedEx or Thai Post EMS and take up to 31 working days. We have an express option available for most countries – please contact us for an estimate on how long this service will take to your location.
4. For international orders you may incur duties or tax on your order. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you.
5. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
6. We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
7. Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days within Australia and 60 days internationally.
